Program Synopsis
This collection of shorts from world-renowned animator Bill Plympton features the twisted view of the world that has made Bill Plympton famous. These shorts, approximately 3-5 minutes each, include titles such as 25 WAYS TO QUIT SMOKING, LOVE IN THE FAST LANE, THE WISEMAN and SEX AND VIOLENCE.
Seen on television networks around the globe, in the U.S, Plympton's animated shorts have been featured on MTV, FOX, HBO, Bravo and The Sundance Channel
Plympton has been nominated TWICE for the "BEST ANIMATED SHORT" ACADEMY AWARD, first in 1989 for YOUR FACE, and again in 2005 for GUARD DOG. His compiled shorts collections include PLYMPTOONS, BILL'S DIRTY SHORTS and MONDO PLYMPTON.
